Members receive a digital pass on their phone after signup. When they arrive, the front desk can scan the pass and pull up their membership level, appointment, and available member benefits.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. HyperMed memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

How does the mobile member pass work?

After signup, each member can receive a digital pass with a unique member ID and scannable code. When the member arrives, staff scan the pass to confirm the membership tier, appointment status, and available benefits before checking them in.
